FLOWERDALE CLASS ACT (SW) DOB 19/04/03

Certified June 2005

Sire:  Jolimont Attitude   Dam: Shanbrooke Touch of Class

GrandSires: Jolimont Sculptor,  ILR Colorado Extreme & ILR Peruvian Drambuie

Flowerdale Class Act (SW) brings together two of the most potent pedigree influences in the Australasian alpaca industry: the sire line of Jolimont Sculptor (SW) and a distaff derived from Purrumbete Dreamtime (SW), one of the select group of just 22 females imported by Roger Haldane in the early 1990s and of Accoyo quality.

From a genotypic point of view, Class Act has everything needed to become a successful and influential sire and has a lot to pass on to his progeny. He has superior Alpaca Breeding Values for fleece weight and diameter that are measurably superior based on SRS® and AGE technology.

Class Act has been successful at shows and still holding it together as a mature male where the others are starting to drop off;

Champion ~ Mature Male ~ Central Western NSW Show 2007

1st  ~ Mature Male 48mths & over White ~ Central Western NSW Show 2007

2nd  ~ Mature Male 48mths & over White ~ Southern NSW Region Show 2007 (2nd to the Supreme Champion)

1st  ~  Male 18mths & over White ~ Wodonga 2005

Reserve Champion ~ Junior Male ~ Bendigo 2003

1st  ~  Male 6 to 12 mths White ~ Bendigo 2003

Class Act is a half brother to Camelot Tor, the Supreme Champion at the 2007 Royal Canberra, 2006 Stawell, Werribee, Bendigo, Ballarat and Royal Melbourne Shows and who sold for $113,000 at the National Show & Sale 2006.

Class Act was selected for his optimum fleece qualities; he has fineness, fabulous fleece coverage from head to toe and density plus together with a heavy cutting fleece. He displays bright lustre and consistency of micron throughout the entire fleece, even to the extremities. The beautiful soft handling fleece opens into deeply defined, crimpy fibre bundles that are well aligned and are of superior staple length.
